difference in these measurements is 4-5 D – select Series B
3.
If
difference in these measurements is 6-7 D – select Series C
4.

difference in these measurements is 8-9 D – select Series D
A.
Select a
base curve from that Series 1 D Steeper than central flat K.
B.
Apical bearing and/or
excessive edge lift, select steeper base curve same Series.
C.
Excessive
apical clearance with lateral decentration, select next higher Series with
same base curve.
D.
Good
apical clearance and central position, over-refraction and order lens.*
*If
excessive residual astigmatism is present a Custom Toric Design may be
indicated.
