Quadrant Specific Technology is the next generation of contact lenses for highly irregular corneas.

  • Quadrant specific B.C. Radii to match flat and steep areas of the corneas.

  • Base Curve Radii match front quadrant for correct power.

  • Edge lift and B.O.Z. flexibility as needed.

NEW HIGH INDEX MATERIAL

Contamac Laboratory has introduced a new GP lens material with a higher index of refraction and a lower specific gravity.  The material, HR151, produces higher add powers in multi-focal lenses.  This is a significant breakthrough in technology and design performance.  Index = 1.51  SpecificGravity = 1.045   DK = 50

We offer our Dyna Multi-Focal design in this material.

  • Spherical BC for easy fitting and NO corneal distortion.
  • Front aspheric optics for up to +2.50 add power.
  • Any diameter.
  • Any distance power.

LDI has developed a calculator to compute VERTEX distance for any power.  Most vertex charts stop at 19 diopters.  Our calculator allows you to work with any power.  Just click below to download the vertex calculator.
